Saturday May 12 - I-44 Speedway - Lebanon, MO

Chris and Sonny took the hauler to Lebanon and got the car ready for the weekly show. Mike and the crew came down later in the afternoon and we were ready to go.

We started 4th in the heat race and Chris was able to drive to the front and take the win. Chris earned the most passing points and started the A-main from the pole position.

Chris jumped out to the lead from the start and held the lead through the first caution on lap 6. On the restart, Larry Jones drove into the 2nd spot and began to close up on Chris. The car was a little loose from the middle of the corner through the exit, but Chris raced hard and worked lapped traffic very well and was able to hold onto the lead and take our first win of 2007.

It wasn't really how we pictured our weekend finishing up, but it was the best result we could hope for after our tough luck on Friday night.
