Friday April 27 - Knoxville Raceway - Knoxville, IA 

Chris and the crew traveled to the Knoxville Raceway on Friday to compete in the WDRL event. Chris qualified 4th fastest out of 50 cars and lined up 5th for his heat race.

Chris raced hard, but the high line was the only fast line in the heats and Chris was unable to move forward and settled for a 5th place finish. Chris lined up 4th in the B-main and drove into 2nd in the middle of turns 1 and 2 only to have a car on the inside of him wash across the track and directly in front of him. Chris hit the brakes and tried to avoid, but got tangled up and ended up on the hook.

It was a tough way to end the night, especially since we had such a good car.
